28ft twin axle caravan currently on a lovely site in Morfa Nefyn, Llyn Peninsula, North Wales within walking distance of the Ty Coch pub on the beach at Porth Dinllaen.

Accomodates six people very comfortably, with the advantage of a fixed large size double bed in a seperate end bedroom.

This caravan boasts numerous overhead cupboards throughout, as well as plenty of storage space under the seating areas and bed. There is also a very useful double hanging wardrobe with shelves in cupboards below.

The bathroom is well lit, with toilet, sink and plenty of cabinets, and mirrors.

The kitchen area has a hob, microwave, good size refridgerator and sink. There is pots and pan storage under the microwave and also a pullout vegetable rack.

The dining area can be converted into a double bed.

The end horseshoe seating area is very spacious and comfortable for relaxing/sleeping.

The dining area is large enough to seat four adults.

All windows are double glazed and fitted with flyscreens and blackout blinds.

There is a watertank that provides water for the kitchen and bathroom. The caravan is wired for both UK and European plugpoints, 12volt and 230AC.

There are a few minor faults - there is a small dent on the bodywork behind the door but hardly noticeable, damage to the plastic trims underneath. There is a Bradcock porch awning. There is a repair to damage to the side of the van caused by an awning pole collapsing.

This is a lovely warm, spacious and comfortable caravan, which should give a lot of pleasure to the new owner. It comes with 2 gas cylinders.
